Jairo is a third-generation coffee farmer from Quindío, Colombia, and a pioneer in elevating the reputation of decaf by processing high-scoring microlots using the EA Sugarcane method.
Expect a cup bursting with juicy cherry, silky chocolate, and a tangy edge of passionfruit—a combination rarely found in decaf. These flavours are preserved thanks to meticulous processing: ripe cherries are hand-picked and sun-dried on raised beds under controlled conditions, locking in sweetness and fruit complexity before being gently decaffeinated at origin.
The Ethyl Acetate (EA) Sugarcane method, derived from locally sourced sugarcane, removes caffeine without stripping the coffee of its character. The result? A sweet, fruit-forward experience that holds its own against any caffeinated cup.
