We roast every Monday, Wed & Fri and ship the same day via tracked 48 Hour courier. UK mainland orders arrive within 72 Hours. If you order after Sunday evening, you're on the following week's roast — which means coffee in your hands within seven days, freshly roasted to your order.
No. The 5kg trial is a standalone purchase — there's no auto-renewal, no contract, no minimum follow-on order. If you'd like to move into ongoing wholesale, we'll have a conversation about volumes and price; if not, we leave you alone. The £102.50-credit-against-second-delivery is an offer, not an obligation.
Every trial ships with a one-page dial-in guide for our Wholesale Blend — recommended dose, yield, time, and grind starting points. If your team's still not landing it after that, jump on a 15-min call with Sam — he'll talk you through what to adjust.
